It's been a minute since the Tennessee Titans were truly fantasy-relevant. Derrick Henry won plenty of managers some championships while almost everyone else on that roster was untouchable for a time.
Now, though, the tide could be turning. Cam Ward may very well be the reason.
As Ward enters his second training camp, there are sure to be plenty of news bits to come out that will intrigue fantasy football managers. Whether we're talking Carnell Tate hype, the back field split between Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears or even other battles and injuries.
There will be much to keep up with, which is where we come in. This is your one-stop shop for all things Titans when it comes to the fantasy realm.
Note: This story will be updated regularly throughout the Tennessee Titans' training camp and preseason.
Latest Fantasy Football updates for the Titans: News, injuries and position battles
Wan'Dale Robinson appears to go-to option in pass game -- 8/9
Wyatt has reported that Robinson is the Titans' leading receiver though eight practices, with 26 catches. Elic Ayomanor (21) is second, which shows that the new receiver will be heavily featured in Brian Daboll's offense.
Carnell Tate's connection with Cam Ward continues to grow -- 8/9
Tate caught three touchdown passes from Ward, beating each of the Titans' top three cornerbacks in the process. This comes off his solid outing in the team scrimmage, where he had four catches, including a one-handed grab that got cheers from the fans in attendance.
Wan'Dale Robinson was a consistent target in Blue and White scrimmage -- 8/8
During the team scrimmage, Robinson finished with a team-high nine catches, according to Jim Wyatt.
Nicholas Singleton rips off what should've been long TD run -- 8/7
We should preface this by noting that officials ultimately ruled that Singleton was down. He broke loose for what appeared to be a 50-plus-yard touchdown run, nevertheless. You be the judge.
If Singleton continues stacking days like this, it'll be impossible to ignore him. He's a name to file away for silly season and dynasty drafts.
Wan'Dale Robinson 'put on a pass-catching clinic' -- 8/7
Robinson tallied a team-high nine catches during Tennessee's annual Blue & White Stadium Scrimmage (h/t Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site).
It was just another day at the office for Robinson. He's a receptions machine, ranking seventh in the entire league in the category since 2024 (185). Don't sleep on him and his high floor as a fringe WR3/4 in fantasy this season.
Elic Ayomanor returns to practice after injury scare -- 8/7
A trainer helped Ayomanor off the field after hurting his left shoulder the day prior, and the severity of the matter was initially unknown. Seeing him back out there is a great sign that it's a non-issue (h/t ESPN's Turron Davenport).
Chimere Dike 'gaining momentum in camp' -- 8/6
Slowly but surely, Dike is finding his groove (h/t Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site). He recorded a "practice-high three catches" on the day, including one for a touchdown from backup quarterback Mitchell Trubisky.
Dike was the WR25 in point-per-reception (PPR) formats on a per-game basis from Weeks 7 through 12 in 2025. It's worth noting the All-Pro return man's numbers were inflated by taking two punts for touchdowns during that stretch. He'll likely need an injury (or two) to be a consistent fixture in the receiver rotation. Nonetheless, we've seen him be extremely dangerous with the ball in his hands.
Buck Reising of AtoZ Sports claims Gunnar Helm 'hype is not a real thing' -- 8/6
Daniel Bellinger, who followed his former head coach Brian Daboll to Tennessee, figures to "get the primary amount of snaps as a more well-rounded veteran." Helm is primarily a pass-catcher entering his sophomore NFL season, and the club has enough mouths to feed as is.
Down the stretch last season, Helm was being used more and more. Many expected him to be the clear-cut TE1 for Cam Ward following Chig Okonkwo's free agency departure in March. Alas, Bellinger's familiarity with OC Brian Daboll complicates matters.
Nicholas Singleton lands on Buck Reising of AtoZ Sports' 'stock-up list' -- 8/6
Singleton is "getting a lot of run and could really push Tyjae Spears for the third-down role," Reising wrote. The fifth-round rookie back "should see a fair amount of work as long as he's healthy."
Incumbent starter Tony Pollard's role appears to be safe, for what it's worth. However, Singleton's presence makes Tennessee's backup RB spot worth watching.
Wan'Dale Robinson has been 'his reliable self' -- 8/5
Robinson was brought in to function as a safety valve for sophomore quarterback Cam Ward and is doing just that (h/t The Music City Audible podcast). The ex-New York Giants playmaker has been "very good," along with receivers Carnell Tate and Calvin Ridley, and has emerged as a reliable option.
Tennessee has given us 70 million reasons to believe Robinson will be a featured part of their passing attack. Ward will lean on him early and often. Whether the Kentucky product can reach the 140-target threshold for a third consecutive season in his new situation remains to be seen, though.
Elic Ayomanor is the 'resounding winner' of training camp so far -- 8/5
Ayomanor has "undergone a total transformation" this offseason, per Justin Melo of Titan Sized. The second-year wideout is "bigger, stronger, faster, and he's attacking the ball with more confidence."
By the sound of it, Ayomanor has a serious chance to claim the Titans' WR3 gig behind Wan'Dale Robinson and Carnell Tate. It'll be fascinating to see what this means for veteran Calvin Ridley, if anything.
Titan Sized's Justin Melo says Cam Ward is picking up new system 'incredibly quickly' -- 8/5
Ward seems to be processing the field better and faster in his second pro campaign — and first under offensive coordinator Brian Daboll.
That's an encouraging sign of growth, as Melo highlighted on The Music City Audible podcast. Ward's increased level of comfort will only open up the offense and create more/better opportunities for his supporting cast.
Carnell Tate makes splash with deep reception -- 8/4
Tate blew past cornerback Alontae Taylor for what would have been a 70-yard touchdown grab. It was a nice bounce-back after a drop and some miscommunication with Ward earlier in practice. Tate has been quiet up to this point but showcased his big-play ability.
Calvin Ridley makes some impressive grabs -- 8/3
Ridley brought in a 30-plus-yard catch and made a nice spinning grab near the goal line. Both catches came from Cam Ward.
Cam Ward had an up and down practice -- 8/3
Per Jim Wyatt of TennesseeTitans.com, Ward started practice off well, completing his first four passes and seven of his first eight. He connected with Wan'Dale Robinson and Calvin Ridley before throwing two interceptions, tossing the ball across his body. Robert Saleh gave credit to the defender, but Ward needs to avoid those mistakes. Wyatt had Ward going 46-of-76 with three interceptions through camp at this point.
Elic Ayomanor makes highlight catch of the day -- 8/2
Terry McCormick of Main Street Media reported that Ayomanor made the catch of the day, as he reeled in a pass from Cam Ward down the sideline. He also caught two more passes from Mitch Trubisky.
Wan'Dale Robinson has a rough outing -- 7/31
According to Easton Freeze of A to Z Sports, Robinson had a rough practice with multiple bad mistakes leading to turnovers:
"One ball deflected into Cedric Gray's hands for an interception, while the other was either ruled a drop or a catch followed by a fumble."
Chalk it up as an off day, but let's hope these performances do not continue.
Nicholas Singleton's early improvement on display -- 7/31
Per Locked On Titans, rookie Nicholas Singleton started slow on Day 1 but quickly improved thereafter:
"The improvement from one practice to the next stood out, and there was confidence expressed that he could eventually develop into a productive running back."
This is mostly a dynasty update. Outside of an injury to Tony Pollard or Tyjae Spears, Singleton probably won't play much as a rookie. But, this is worth monitoring.
Calvin Ridley is competing for his dear life at WR3 -- 7/29
Rookie Carnell Tate comes into an immediate WR1 role with Wan'Dale Robinson just behind him as the team's WR2. They are solidified -- no questions asked.
Calvin Ridley has become the forgotten man. The one-time Pro Bowl talent is now trying to solidify the WR3 role on this team while competing with Chimere Dike and Elic Ayomanor. Only in deeper leagues will the Titans' WR3 matter, though, outside of an injury to Tate or Robinson.
Titans right tackle JC Latham will begin training camp on the PUP -- 7/24
While not a startable fantasy asset, Latham is a 2024 first-round pick and the Titans' starting right tackle. He'll hopefully play a big part in protecting Cam Ward for the foreseeable future, but he won't be on the field right away in camp due to an undisclosed injury.
