The Tennessee Titans will play their 2025 regular-season finale versus the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 18. General manager Mike Borgonzi will then head into a critical offseason that will include hiring a new head coach. It's been a positive year for the development of rookie quarterback Cam Ward, but the roster is still lacking in crucial areas.
Surrounding Ward with a significantly more talented supporting cast is the upcoming offseason's priority. Borgonzi especially needs to acquire a go-to wide receiver who can quickly uncover. Other positions that need addressing include EDGE and cornerback.
Sunday's finale will mark the final game in a Titans uniform for various players. The Titans currently have 19 players on expiring contracts who are slated for unrestricted free agency. We've compiled all 19 in an organized table:

The Titans would have had several more well-known names on expiring contracts, but they parted with a handful of them during the season. Roger McCreary and Dre'Mont Jones were traded near the deadline. Tyler Lockett and Quandre Diggs were released from their contracts.
The most notable in-house free agent is tight end Chig Okonkwo. Okonkwo leads the Titans in both receptions and receiving yards. His chemistry with Ward has improved as the season has progressed forward, and the Titans should strongly consider re-signing him to a fair market deal.
Zeitler and Key are the other unquestioned starters on expiring contracts. Key will almost certainly depart due to an uneven relationship with the coaching staff. The aging Zeitler has been a steadying figure at right guard, but could contemplate retirement. If the 2023 Pro Bowler continues playing, he may prefer to play for a contender.
Elsewhere, the entire special teams unit are aligned on expiring contracts. How the Titans approach kicker Joey Slye and punter Johnny Hekker specifically is probably tied to John "Bones" Fassel's fate as special teams coordinator. Long snapper Morgan Cox would almost certainly be welcomed back if he wants to continue playing.
Van Jefferson, Jalyn Armour-Davis, Darrell Baker Jr. and Jihad Ward have been depth players. Jefferson and Armour-Davis recently suffered season-ending injuries. Reserve offensive linemen Corey Levin and Oli Udoh should be back, and defensive lineman Sebastian Joseph-Day and James Lynch should garner serious consideration, too.
