The Tennessee Titans began the 2025 NFL free agency period by signing offensive tackle Dan Moore to a four-year contract worth $82 million. Moore will play left tackle in Nashville for the foreseeable future. His arrival has completely changed the Titans' needs in the 2025 NFL Draft, with sophomore blocker JC Latham moving to right tackle.
Titans general manager Mike Borgonzi also signed veteran linebacker Cody Barton to a three-year contract worth $21 million. Barton is now pegged to start opposite Kenneth Murray at off-ball linebacker.
Offensive tackle was among the likely positions the Titans could address at No. 35 overall in the draft. That's no longer the case following Moore's signing. We've updated our three-round mock-draft projection for the Titans as a result.
Round 1 (No. 1 overall): Cam Ward, QB, Miami Hurricanes
The Titans did not sign a free-agent quarterback on Monday, passing on opportunities to enter the Sam Darnold or Justin Fields sweepstakes. Though they're being linked to Russell Wilson via rumors, it feels like the Titans are trending towards drafting Cam Ward at No. 1 overall. Ward is an off-script magician who recently impressed the Titans during his pre-draft visit.
Round 2 (No. 35 overall): Donovan Ezeiruaku, EDGE, Boston College
EDGE is a big-time need the Titans are yet to address in free agency. It was an existing requirement that existed before 2024 sack leader Harold Landry joined the New England Patriots following his release. Donovan Ezeiruaku is an explosive and athletic pass rusher who recorded a haunting 16.5 sacks in 2024. Ezeiruaku also showcased elite agility at the NFL Combine, running a position-best 6.94 three-cone and 4.19 short shuttle.
Round 4 (No. 101 overall): Xavier Restrepo, WR, Miami
Imagine easing Ward's transition to the NFL by drafting his favorite target from this past season, Miami Hurricanes wide receiver Xavier Restrepo. Restrepo showcased elite chemistry with Ward throughout 2024, recording 69 receptions for 1,127 yards and 11 touchdowns. The Titans have yet to add a free-agent receiver, and he would immediately command a role as the slot pass catcher in Brian Callahan's offense.
Round 4 (No. 119 overall): Miles Frazier, OG, LSU
Right guard is the lone remaining hole on Tennessee's offensive line after Moore's addition. Miles Frazier possesses multi-positional usefulness, but especially thrived when playing guard at the Senior Bowl. The Titans need to acquire multiple interior blockers this offseason, and Frazier would compete for a role right away.
