The Tennessee Titans are entering Monday's NFL Free Agency legal tampering window with a ton of holes across their roster. New general manager Mike Borgonzi has said the team will spend wisely in free agency, but he is equipped with approximately $50 million in cap space. The Titans possess the financial flexibility required to be active spenders.

The Titans own the No. 1 overall selection in the 2025 NFL Draft, but Borgonzi must use free agency to address the positions that aren't focus-areas in the draft. A couple of well-timed free agent signings could accelerate the Titans' rebuild, potentially positioning them to surprisingly contend for the AFC South next season. We've identified five dream targets in particular.

Josh Sweat, EDGE

The Titans desperately need to upgrade the EDGE position after posting a third-worst 32 sacks last season. Even if the Titans draft Abdul Carter, the need at EDGE was increased following the news of Harold Landry being granted permission to seek a trade. Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Josh Sweat recorded eight sacks this past season, and 39 total QB takedowns in the previous five campaigns. Sweat also has notable ties to Tennessee's coaching staff, with defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson and d-line coach Tracy Rocker having coached him in Philadelphia.

Christian Kirk, WR

The Jacksonville Jaguars released Christian Kirk from his contract earlier this week. The Titans need a wide receiver, with Calvin Ridley under contract and not much else at the position. Kirk would be a proven slot receiver for whoever is playing quarterback next season, and current Titans offensive coordinator Nick Holz previously served as his passing game coordinator in Jacksonville.

Jevon Holland, S

Safety Jevon Holland is among the best defenders expected to reach the open market. Wilson needs a starting-caliber safety opposite Amani Hooker, and the Titans have a connection through Holland via new front-office executive Reggie McKenzie, who joined Tennessee from Miami this offseason. The 25-year-old versatile defensive back is one of few players Borgonzi should consider splurging for in free agency.

Cam Robinson, OT

The class of free-agent offensive tackles is a weak one. The Titans have expressed their willingness to move starting left tackle JC Latham to right tackle, meaning they're free to explore all options, regardless of positional preference. Cam Robinson is a left tackle through and through. Holz was once on the coaching staff alongside him in Jacksonville.

Nick Bolton, LB

Brian Callahan needs a linebacker to play opposite Kenneth Murray in 2025. The Titans have a slew of young options, including Cedric Gray, James Williams, and Jack Gibbens, but none of them are proven assets. Nick Bolton is a potential target given his connection to Tennessee through Borgonzi. Borgonzi was in Kansas City when Bolton was drafted. The productive linebacker totaled 106 tackles this past season.
