The Tennessee Titans entered the 2025 NFL Draft with a sizable need at wide receiver. Despite that, they are now entering the final day of selections without having drafted a single pass catcher. After making quarterback Cam Ward the No. 1 overall selection, general manager Mike Borgonzi shifted attention to the defense, adding EDGE Femi Oladejo and safety Kevin Winston Jr. on Day 2 after a trade down with the Seattle Seahawks.

Ward is slated to enter his rookie season with a 30-year-old Calvin Ridley and 33-year-old Tyler Lockett as his top two receivers. The Titans must draft multiple receivers between the fourth and seventh rounds on Saturday. We've identified three potential targets.

Wide Receivers Titans must draft on Day 3

Xavier Restrepo, WR, Miami

The existing chemistry between Ward and Xavier Restrepo should make the slot receiver a target in the fourth or fifth round. Restrepo recorded a high-volume 69 catches for 1,127 yards and 11 touchdowns for the Miami Hurricanes in 2024. Ward would appreciate that sense of familiarity throughout his rookie season.

Jalen Royals, WR, Utah State

Utah State's Jalen Royals is the consensus top wideout available. It's a minor surprise that he's still on the board after recording nearly 2,000 receiving yards and 21 touchdowns in his final two campaigns of college ball. Royals is an extremely physical route runner with yards-after-catch potential. He underwent season-ending foot/ankle surgery, which likely impacted his draft stock.

Elic Ayomanor, WR, Stanford

Elic Ayomanor has true "X" receiver size at 6-foot-2 and 206 pounds. The Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada native put forth solid testing results at the NFL Combine given his stature, running a 4.44-second 40-yard dash, and leaping a 38.5 inch vertical and 10-foot-7 broad jump. Ayomanor recorded 63 receptions for 831 receiving yards and six touchdowns in 2024, and is more of a contested catch winner than true separator.

Tory Horton, WR, Colorado State

Tory Horton is an experienced, productive receiver who would have recorded his third consecutive 1,000 yard campaign in 2024 if he didn't suffer a knee injury. The Colorado State standout recovered in time to perform at the NFL Combine, running a stellar 4.41 at 6-foot-2 and 196 pounds. Horton is a well-developed route runner with above-average speed and reliable hands.
