The Tennessee Titans concluded their mandatory minicamp period last week with two productive practices. Head coach Robert Saleh then wrapped up offseason workouts with a team-bonding experience. Two minicamp practices offered the coaching staff a fantastic opportunity to evaluate their 90-man roster.

As per usual, some Titans players took better advantage of the opportunity than others. Winning the offseason puts you in an excellent position heading into training camp. Failing to seize the moment does the complete opposite.

The Titans even made roster shake-up transactions at minicamp. Having analyzed the primary takeaways from both practice sessions, we've outlined our winners and losers from minicamp. For better or worse, the following Titans are trending in a notable direction.

Winners and Losers from Tennessee Titans 2026 mandatory minicamp

Winner: Cam Ward, QB

Too much was made about Cam Ward's "struggles" at OTAs. Accuracy and completion percentage in scrimmages were daily talking points. Well, everyone agrees the sophomore No. 1 overall quarterback was far better at minicamp. At the two practices combined, Ward went 31-of-48 with two touchdowns and one interception, according to Jim Wyatt's tracking. The face-of-the-franchise quarterback is starting to look more comfortable in Brian Daboll's offense.

Loser: Femi Oladejo, EDGE

Just like OTAs, sophomore EDGE Femi Oladejo wasn't an active participant in team drills. Saleh confirmed that Oladejo's absence is due to an unknown in. The 52nd pick in last year's draft ended his rookie season on IR after suffering a fractured leg injury in Week 6. It's unclear if his current setback is related, but the raw pass rusher who registered zero sacks as a rookie is unfortunately missing crucial physical reps in a new defense.

Winner: Wan'Dale Robinson, WR

Wan'Dale Robinson had a practice-high eight catches at Wednesday's practice, per Wyatt. The Titans paid him a four-year, $70 million contract in free agency to be that kind of high-volume weapon. Robinson notched 90+ catches in back-to-back seasons for Titans OC Daboll with the New York Giants. His grasp of this offensive system is precisely why Mike Borgonzi was so comfortable paying him in free agency. His chemistry with Ward is starting to develop in real time.

Loser: JC Latham, OT

Saleh also confirmed that starting right tackle JC Latham missed minicamp with a minor injury. The Titans didn't sound concerned, but they also didn't sound concerned when he injured his hip during training camp last offseason. That ended up impacting Latham into the regular season, causing missed games and performance issues. The Titans desperately need their third-year right tackle to establish himself as a long-term solution this year. The lack of depth behind him is glaring.

Winner: Alontae Taylor, CB

The Titans paid Taylor handsomely in free agency to be their No. 1 cornerback. He was described as physical and energetic at minicamp, making several notable pass breakups. The Titans desperately needed a cornerback with an edge to his game. Taylor is trending towards becoming a fan-favorite in Saleh's defense.
