The Tennessee Titans have consistently churned the roster throughout training camp. Most recently, they agreed to terms with veteran running back D'Ernest Johnson. Johnson joins the Titans amidst a rash of minor injuries to various members of the running back room, but his addition proves general manager Mike Borgonzi is still analyzing the open market for different opportunities.

The Titans' rebuilding roster remains a work in progress. There are different position rooms that would benefit from talented additions before regular-season preparations begin. Depth cornerback and reserve offensive tackle spots particularly come to mind.

We've identified three roster additions that could follow the Johnson signing.

Three moves the Tennessee Titans could still make after the D'Ernest Johnson addition

Jack Conklin, OT

The swing tackle position behind starters Dan Moore Jr. and JC Latham has been of extreme concern all throughout camp. Roughly 20 practice sessions and one preseason game have done nothing to ease worries. More recently, sophomore UDFA Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson has moved up the depth chart, appearing as the current in-house favorite to win the No. 3 tackle job.

Former Titans first-round pick Jack Conklin is still available. He's dealt with a rash of injuries in recent years, but the Titans wouldn't expect him to play a significant role unless Moore or Latham get injured. Alternative options like Taylor Decker, Cam Robinson, and Cornelius Lucas are also available.

Kenny Moore, CB

The Titans have been displeased with their cornerback depth. They've made a slew of moves in recent weeks, including the signing of Nazeeh Johnson, who has since been suspended six games. Kenny Moore is a veteran cornerback with ties to defensive coordinator Gus Bradley, and he's still available in free agency.

Robert Saleh is excited about having sophomore Marcus Harris as his starting nickelback. The Titans don't really have a second-string option, with underrated safety Erick Hallett II getting some reps in that role. If Moore is willing to accept a depth role, he'd be a worthwhile addition.

DaQuan Jones, DL

The Titans recently worked out veteran defensive lineman DaQuan Jones. The fanbase would likely welcome a reunion. Jones was a fan favorite while playing in Tennessee from 2014 to 2020.

The Titans' fifth defensive tackle spot is up for grabs. Jeffery Simmons, John Franklin-Myers, Jordan Elliott, and Solomon Thomas are the surefire roster fits. They did draft Jackie Marshall, who has been banged up lately. Jones would add back-end depth and run-stopping prowess to this room.
