16. . . Previous: 27th. Buffalo Bills. 24. team

The Buffalo Bills are 1-0 and that is a great start to the season. It looks like Jerry Hughes is still good at football and Ed Oliver was one of my favorite players coming out in the last draft, if not my outright favorite.

Those are the positives for the Bills.

The negatives are that Josh Allen plays somewhere between a poor man’s Deshaun Watson and a wildcat QB who is asked to throw.

Allen had two picks including a pick-six and he just doesn’t give you enough positives to warrant the mistakes he is still making.

Besides Allen the Bills have a solid, but unremarkable defense, an offensive line that probably doesn’t have much difference from the best starter to the last OL on the roster and a lack of proven weapons on offense.

Maybe I am too negative on the Bills, but I just don’t see any way that they compete for a playoff spot and I definitely don’t see them getting even close to the New England Patriots.
