The Tennessee Titans suffered multiple injuries at wide receiver throughout Sunday's 16-13 Week 11 defeat to the Houston Texans. Veteran wideout Calvin Ridley has possibly played his final game in Tennessee after suffering a season-ending fibula injury. Ridley wasn't the only receiver to go down.

Elsewhere, rookie receiver Chimere Dike was checked for a concussion after fumbling (and recovering) a punt return. Dike cleared protocol, but was diagnosed with a chest contusion, per Paul Kuharsky. He did not return.

The Titans may need to promote multiple wide receivers from the practice squad to the active roster for this Sunday's Week 12 game versus the Seattle Seahawks. Undrafted free agent Xavier Restrepo could finally make his Titans debut. Fans have been begging for Restrepo to get an opportunity, and it could arrive on Sunday.

Titans UDFA WR Xavier Restrepo could finally get his opportunity in Week 12

Fellow Titans rookie receiver Elic Ayomanor was in and out of Sunday's lineup with a recurring injury. We'll monitor his practice status throughout the week. Ridley is out for the season, and Dike isn't a guarantee to suit up in Week 12 either. The Titans must promote one, possibly two, receivers.

Ayomanor, Van Jefferson, and Mason Kinsey served as Cam Ward's top three receivers after Ridley and Dike exited. Kinsey whiffed on two opportunities to make key plays, though critics were split between blaming him and Ward. Fact is, Titans receivers rarely help their rookie quarterback, and the obvious built-in chemistry with Restrepo would be worth exploring.

The Titans also have James Proche II on the practice squad. He's been elevated ahead of Restrepo this season. If Ayomanor can play, there's a scenario where the Titans go light at receiver with Proche, Ayomanor, Kinsey, and Jefferson. That would be maddening given the current state of the room. Restrepo deserves an opportunity following Ridley's injury.
