Tennessee Titans offseason schedule and key dates announced

The Tennessee Titans have a new coaching staff which means that they are allowed to spend more time together in the offseason.
While there was a rough idea of what that schedule could look like, the official dates were announced today here are the dates you need to know.
First Day: April 8
Voluntary Minicamp: April 22-24
OTA Offseason Workouts: May 20-21, May 23, May 28-29, May 31, June 10-13
Mandatory Minicamp: June 4-6
One of the benefits of having a new coaching staff is that the Tennessee Titans will be able to get eyes on their team a week earlier than the NFL teams that don't have new coaches. That means that if there are any glaring issues or if some players look worse than they expected, there is still time before the draft to take one last look at the free agent market.
Another benefit is the voluntary minicamp that the team will be allowed to have on the week of the draft. That is an extra few days of instillation and practice for a team that will have nearly a dozen new starters this season.
After the mandatory minicamp on June 6th, the next time Tennessee Titans fans will see the team will be in late July.
Last year the Titans had their rookies come in for training camp on July 22, which was 12 days before the Hall of Fame game. This year the Hall of Fame game is on August 1st, which would mean that fans should pencil in the Tennessee Titans rookies showing up for training camp on July 20th this year.
Which rookies that includes and what practices look like during training camp is still a huge mystery, but I think one thing is clear. With Brian Callahan in charge, there will be more transparency and more availability during training camp than there was under Mike Vrabel who was ridiculously paranoid about someone finding out the Tennessee Titans' secrets during camp. (Their secret was that they were going to run the ball a lot).
So get excited about the Tennessee Titans players being on the field together working towards a better season in 2024, because that process starts in just over a week.
