It's finally draft week, and the Tennessee Titans hold the no.7 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft.

it's been a memorable offseason thus far, with Tennessee making several splash moves via free agency and trade. If anything, we know that Tennessee is all-in on second-year quarterback Will Levis.

When it comes to that first-round pick, where exactly should the Titans turn? Some fans think they've got an idea of Tennssee's top target, but what happens if that target gets taken right before the Titans are on the clock? We're about to find out.

With the no. 7 overall pick, the Titans become dead-set on drafting an offensive tackle. The only problem? Notre Dame's Joe Alt has been selected in the top six, leaving Tennessee without their top target.

Now in a tough spot and wanting a top-tier tackle, Tennessee also makes some calls in regards to a trade back. But, they don't find anything worthwhile. So, the Titans select Oregon State's Taliese Fuaga, who might qualify as a "reach" at no. 7 overall.

Although most might not have Fuaga as a top-7 pick, he is still a sure-fire first rounder and arguably the second-best tackle in the class, so the Titans are indeed solidifying a position of need. Fuaga is a towering 6-foot-6, 324 pounds and as aggressive as tackles come. What makes him so difficult to go up against are his strong, active hands. He's constantly punching and moving, and doing so with a purpose.

Though power is his middle name, Fuaga moves well, too. He gets lateral in a hurry and does a good job mirroring even the quicker pass rushers. Solidifying the tackle position was a priority, and the Titans did just that, even though some may call this a bit of a reach.
