The Tennessee Titans are going to look drastically different this season and the entire fan base is anxious to see what this team is going to look like.

On Wednesday, the Titans announced the dates and times of their preseason games and fans can officially start planning on when they will have a chance to see the next generation of this franchise.

The schedule looks like this:

Preseason Week 1: August 10th (Saturday) at home vs the San Francisco 49ers @ 6:00 PM CST

Preseason Week 2: August 17th (Saturday) at home vs the Seattle Seahawks @ 6:00 PM CST

Preseason Week 3: August 25th (Sunday) on the road vs the New Orleans Saints @ 1:00 PM CST

While it isn't the "primetime" games that fans wanted, there is something positive about how the Tennessee Titans are starting their preseason.

More than anything, NFL teams want consistency in their schedule and it doesn't get more consistent than starting back-to-back games at home that are exactly a week apart and have the same kickoff time.

That is going to give Brian Callahan a good chance to preview what a normal week of practice is going to look like in the NFL before he has to do it for real a few weeks later.

The Titans also get the benefit of finishing off the preseason with a 1 PM start time, which is when they will play the bulk of their games in 2024.

It isn't an exciting topic, but this is a great chance for Brian Callahan to practice navigating a normal week in the NFL. That should help the first-time head coach make his routine as effecient as possible heading into the season.

The most exciting thing is that we know now that we are only 80 days away from seeing live football in Tennessee again, and this year we know that the tickets will be worth the price of admission because Brian Callahan comes from franchises that believe that the starters should get some action in preseason games.
