Titans fans will undeniably be watching L'Jarius Sneed closely in Kansas City after he was among the worst acquisitions in franchise history. Sneed so far has been healthy with the Chiefs, but the Indianapolis Colts picked him apart on Sunday Night Football. According to Pro Football Focus, he allowed 10 receptions on 13 targets for 126 yards and a touchdown. That was against Daniel Jones and a receiving core that lost Alec Pierce to injury.
T'Vondre Sweat, NT, New York Jets
T'Vondre Sweat was his usual effective self in the New York Jets' nailbiting overtime defeat to the Green Bay Packers. The Packers did not run the football effectively, totaling just 63 net rushing yards. Sweat, who registered a few tackles, stops, and a QB pressure, was a physical tone-setter up the middle. Titans GM Mike Borgonzi continues to lose the trade.
Kristian Fulton, CB, Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs started a pair of former Titans at cornerback with Kristian Fulton playing opposite Sneed. Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels exited the Week 2 loss to the Dallas Cowboys with an apparent serious elbow injury. He was replaced by Marcus Mariota, the Titans' former No. 2 overall pick. Mariota finished 11-of-16 with 111 passing yards and a touchdown. He appears in line to be Washington's starter for the foreseeable future.
Chig Okonkwo, TE, Washington Commanders
The decision to let Chig Okonkwo walk in free agency wasn't overly popular. He signed a lucrative three-year contract with the Commanders and seemingly took a parting shot at the Titans on his way out. Okonkwo's Commanders career is off to a less-than-ideal start.
