The Tennessee Titans moved up from sixth to No. 4 overall in the current 2025 NFL Draft following Sunday's loss to the Indianapolis Colts. The Titans moved into the top five thanks to wins by the Carolina Panthers and Las Vegas Raiders. The drastic change in draft order inspired us to conduct a five-round Titans mock draft.

Tennessee Titans 5-round 2025 NFL Mock Draft

Round 1, Pick 4: Abdul Carter, EDGE, Penn State

The Titans have not rushed the passer effectively this season. Starting EDGEs Harold Landry III and Arden Key are both potential offseason cap casualties. Penn State's Abdul Carter was dominant versus SMU in Saturday's College Football Playoff victory. Carter should continue establishing himself as the first pass rusher off the board. He's an elite athlete with terrific instincts.

Round 2, Pick 35: Armand Membou, OT, Missouri

Right tackle is among Ran Carthon's biggest offseason needs. The Titans have played five different players at a position of weakness this season. Armand Membou is an underrated prospect that should increase his stock throughout the pre-draft process. Membou is a fluid athlete with terrific length.

Round 4, Pick 107: Jayden Higgins, WR, Iowa State

Are the Titans going to reunite Tee Higgins with Brian Callahan? Callahan's offense will need an offseason addition to play "X" receiver next season. If Higgins proves to be too expensive, drafting a big-bodied weapon like Jayden Higgins offers an alternative route. Higgins does an outstanding job high-pointing the football at the catch point.

Round 4, Pick 119: Rod Moore, S, Michigan

Amani Hooker has recorded a career-high five interceptions this season, but the Titans need another safety to partner him next year. Mike Brown and Daryl Worley are currently delivering below-average results as Hooker's running mate. Michigan's Rod Moore can play man coverage, but he's also comfortable coming downhill and defending the run.

Round 5, Pick 142: Lander Barton, LB, Utah

The Titans allowed 335 rushing yards to the Colts on Sunday. Off-ball linebacker is an offseason necessity. Several Titans linebackers are on expiring contracts, and Kenneth Murray is a potential cap casualty. Lander Barton is a sideline-to-sideline defender with skills in coverage.

Round 5, Pick 167: Deion Burks, WR, Oklahoma

The Titans may double down on receivers. Slot wideout is an additional need because the aging Tyler Boyd is on an expiring contract. Oklahoma's Deion Burks is an undersized, but electric playmaker who can take manufactured touches the distance.
