Tennessee Titans wide receiver Cameron Batson

Yes, if you hang out around on Titan Sized fairly often, you’ve noticed that Cameron Batson‘s is a name that comes up from time to time. He truly falls into so many categories that it has to make one’s head spin. You can make an argument that he’ll shine at camp. You can make another that he’ll be nudged out of the way as the Tennesse Titans try to get some work in for two of the new guys at his position.

Just in case you haven’t heard the Titans added a veteran that’s pretty good (Julio Jones). They’ve also added an underrated but spectacular rookie in the most recent NFL Draft. His name is Dez Fitzpatrick for the uninitiated.

So yes, Cameron Batson is someone that could make the team at the end of its roster. He’s also someone that can be considered as a bubble guy. Sure, he can fall victim to the numbers game, but all of that’s been said to say this. His exclusion from this roster wouldn’t be because he isn’t talented. His inclusion shouldn’t come as a surprise either.

If you put the ball anywhere within his vicinity he’ll come down with it. Expect him to get his opportunities and make the most of them, which will make him a huge conversation piece when it’s time to trim the roster to 53 men.
