Tennessee Titans tight end Anthony Firkser

Here’s the controversial statement of all controversial statements. Anthony Firkser is good enough to make you forget about Jonnu Smith at certain points of the coming NFL season. Now, that isn’t meant to slight Smith. He’s a bad dude. That isn’t to state that Firkser is as good as Smith is right now. He isn’t, but this Firkser guy is one of the hardest workers on this Tennessee Titans team.

Ladies and gents, in 2021, Firkser is going to teach you all a thing or three, and the most important lesson might be the following. Tennessee elected not to draft a tight end during the most recent selection meeting because they honestly didn’t feel like they needed to.

Someone like Zach Ertz could still be in play, but if the Titans go another route and they decide that he isn’t, Firkser won’t just be ready but he’ll also be someone that will improve as the season marches on.
