Future creative moves

I’ll say that I thought this was going to be an offseason where the Titans focused on getting young, cheap players in the draft and using the rest of the offseason to methodically add mid-level players to fill out the roster.

The fact that Robinson was willing to make a trade makes me think that maybe this is going to be an offseason where the Titans are aggressive (but smart) in getting guys that they like.

More from Titan Sized

So many names are being thrown around in trade discussions or as potential cuts that would make sense for the Titans needs. Could this be the time where Jon Robinson makes a trade for someone like Cameron Brate who is making decent money for a team that really isn’t going to use him a lot this year?

I would keep an eye on the defensive tackle position where teams may feel like they have depth but they can’t justify the money they are spending at the position. Since the Titans are thin at the position but obviously willing to move picks, this could be a landing spot for one of the deepest positions around the NFL.

Now that we have talked about what “might happen”, let’s talk about something that definitely has happened.
