Can the Titans offensive line continue their dominance?

So far, it’s been ‘No Jack Conklin, no Isaiah Wilson, no problem’ for the Titans’ offensive line. Let’s see if they can do it again.

More from Titan Sized

Last week the Titans offensive line more than held their own against what was a pretty solid Broncos front seven, even without Von Miller. Against a group of defenders that included Bradley Chubb, Shelby Harris, and some guy named Jurrell Casey, Tennessee time and time again kept the pocket clean (allowing just one sack) and pushed back the Broncos defensive front repeatedly, making room for Derrick Henry (who was one of the league’s worst performers in rushing yards below expectation last week).

The Jaguars will have some talented players for the Titans offensive line to compete with, with Myles Jack coming off of an impressive game and Josh Allen coming off an impressive rookie season, but arguably, the Titans should have an easier matchup on paper against Jacksonville than they had against Denver.

What’s left now, is for the Titans to show that they can control the line of scrimmage once again, even without the help of their first-round pick and their former All-Pro right tackle. Week 1 was a great first showing, but back to back strong performances could show that it was more than a fluke.
