Jaguars vs. Titans: Betting Odds and Lines

Tennessee opened as the week’s biggest favorites as an 11-point favorite at home against the Jags, according to the Action Network. While the Titans opened as a 2-point underdog last week, the Titans have found themselves on the other side given the change in competition and home field advantage.

The Titans (-640) are sitting at as heavy favorites against the upstart Jaguars (+470) despite a strong showing from second-year quarterback Gardner Minshew.

The over/under is at 43 points, right around an average matchup, and the implied line suggests that the score will finish somewhere around 27-16 in favor of Tennessee.

Four out of the last five matchups between the Jags and Titans have been under the 43 point mark, except the most recent game which finished at 62 points. Under Tannehill, the Titans posted 42 points alone in the November showdown against the reeling Jags and garbage time produced the rest.

Weather

The Titans will kick off in good football conditions with the temperatures in the low 70s, according to NFLWeather.com.

With partly cloudy skies through the game expected and with little wind, the weather should have little impact on the game itself.
