Betting guide for Titans, Jaguars

Tennessee is looking to build on last week’s season opener victory against the Denver Broncos as the team faces AFC South rival Jacksonville Jaguars this week.

The Jaguars shocked the NFL world last week after upsetting quarterback Philip Rivers and the Indianapolis Colts. The Titans will host their first home game of the season at 12:00 P.M. CT at Nissan Stadium on CBS and they will try to avoid the same fate.

The Titans offense was dynamic with star running back Derrick Henry rushing for 116 yards while it was Corey Davis and not A.J. Brown who led pass catchers with seven catches for 101 yards through the air.

While Tennessee’s offense had no problem moving the ball against a tough Broncos defense, the team struggled to punch it into the end zone.

The Titans had to settle for four field goals on the Broncos side of the field, where veteran newcomer Stephen Gostkowski shockingly missed two attempts and had one blocked before finally making his last attempt to give the Titans a narrow victory.

Since the Houston Texans and Indianapolis Colts lost in Week 1, the winner of this game will start off the season in sole possession of the top spot in the AFC South with two wins in the AFC under their belt.
