Lewan takes a hilarious video of Titans rookie.

Look, I have been hard on the Tennessee Titans letting Jack Conklin walk for Isaiah Wilson, but if he is going to succeed he is going to have to be embraced by that locker room.

After being a guest on Bussin with the Boys (insert wolf emoji here), it is clear that Taylor Lewan and Jamil Douglas have made it a point to bring Wilson into the fold and help him adjust to the NFL.

If you were worried about Wilson coming in and disrupting the chemistry on that offensive line by being the new guy, this video should ease your concerns.

Lewan takes a video of Isaiah Wilson recovering after practice in the cold tub and decided to share his findings with the class.

Honestly, the past month or so the personality or Isaiah Wilson mixed with his demeanor on and off the field, has made me a little more bullish on the 1st round pick. Not that Jon Robinson needed my approval, but getting bigger and meaner on the offensive line while keeping the chemistry tight was clearly a goal this offseason.

I really liked Jack Conklin and think he will be a great pro, but it is also pretty easy to see that he probably wasn’t as outgoing as guys like Taylor Lewan, Quinton Spain, Ben Jones, Rodger Saffold, and now Isaiah Wilson.

If you want to go into a game with a brash group of offensive linemen that are ready to impose there will on you, then this is the group for you. If you want the most technically efficient group that is going to use their fundamentals to provide a high floor, consistent level of play, then this is not the group for you.

This team wants to build a bully and they want the defense to be terrified that they are going to punch them in the mouth, because as soon as the defense is scared of the offensive line and the run game, then the world opens up for Ryan Tannehill and the play-action pass.

The Titans showed last year that bully ball could work, and if Taylor Lewan can get Isaiah Wilson to buy in and play with aggression, then everyone needs to step back and get out of their way.
