Patriots, Bills and Chargers have a better chance at a Super Bowl than Titans
By Will Lomas
Titans deserve to be over these three teams
The Titans continue to be one of the most disrespected franchises in the NFL, and when you bang the table for bad teams you can’t be shocked when fans of consistently good teams call you out.

By the logic of this list, when Orr vouches for a New England team without Tom Brady because they have Bill Belichick when the Titans have proven to be the better team two years in a row, should be a feather in Tennessee’s cap.
Orr’s big surprise stat for the Chargers was, “L.A. finished 10th in weighted offense last year, which measures how much better a team is getting over the course of the season.” which is very good. However, it isn’t as good as being ranked 3rd, which is what the Titans were ranked in 2019. So does the stat matter, or is it irrelevant?
Finally, I know a defensive team had to be put on the list. However, it has been proven to be an inconsistent barometer for future success. He says that Buffalo was 2nd in defensive DVOA, which I think is a typo because here it says they were 6th.
Just to show you why that doesn’t do anything for the Bills, do you know who was 6th in defensive DVOA the year before Buffalo? The Jacksonville Jaguars, who followed up by being the 29th ranked team in defensive DVOA in 2019.
Are the Titans completely regression proof? No, but they are built on a more stable foundation than most teams on that list and they are young and explosive while still having playoff experience.
I think they should be on this list, and frankly, they have the resume of a top-5 team, not a bottom-20 team.
