Clowney interested in Cowboys and Saints: Titans still possible
Why he should consider the Titans
Clowney should at least take the Tennessee Titans into consideration, especially after the 2019 season. It seemed like in the playoff game vs the Kansas City Chiefs the Titans were just on more defensive piece away from a Super Bowl appearance.

On top of that, I mentioned earlier in the article that Clowney played his best under Mike Vrabel. With Vrabel as the Houston Texans defensive coordinator in 2017, he was able to put up a career-best 9.5 sacks and 21 tackles for loss. It was also the only season that he was able to play in all 16 games while in the NFL.
Maybe Vrabel just knows how to get the most out of him without pushing him past his limits. We all know what the former first overall pick can do when he is at 100%.
Regardless of Clowney’s thoughts about other teams, he needs to take a good look at the Tennessee Titans and consider joining them. They have the best setup to pay him good money and bring him in for a season to shine and potentially win a ring, before getting paid big in the 2021 offseason.
