DaQuan Jones

Before the start of the season, we weren’t even sure if defensive lineman DaQuan Jones was going to be a starter, however he has more than proven he deserves his spot.

After 10 weeks of the season, Pro Football Focus has Jones with an overall grade of 84.1, which is tops among all Titans players on both sides of the ball this season.

When watching him on a weekly basis, Jones is doing all the little things necessary to contribute in a big way against both the pass and run. He has become one-third of what is an impressive defensive line in Tennessee, as he patrols the middle with rookie Jeffery Simmons and veteran Jurrell Casey around him.

There’s no doubt that Jones is having his best season as a pro and he has dispelled the notion that he would be the weakest link for Tennessee upfront. Jones is arguably the biggest overachiever on the Titans in 2019.
