Tennessee Titans tight end Delanie Walker is questionable to return to the Week 7 game against the Los Angeles Chargers with an ankle injury.
Delanie Walker was questionable prior to Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers, however the Tennessee Titans tight end was active for the Week 7 tilt.
Now, according to Paul Kuharsky, Walker is questionable to return to the contest with that same ankle injury.

Considering Walker has been dealing with this injury all week, I’d be surprised to see him return. In his place, the Titans will deploy Jonnu Smith as the primary pass-catching tight end.
Walker was limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday with the ankle issue, but concerns grew after he missed practice on Friday. Despite being active on Sunday, Walker failed to make it out of the first half before needing to be looked at by trainers.
Walker has been dealing with a knee issue for much of the season thus far, but has been able to play through it.
Walker missed all but one game in 2018 after suffering brutal ankle injury. It isn’t clear if this is the same ankle Walker suffered that injury on, though.
In other injury news for the Titans, rookie right guard Nate Davis is officially out for the rest of the game with a rib injury. The Titans will now have to roll with Jamil Douglas in his place. Douglas was dreadful for the Titans through the first four weeks with both Davis and Kevin Pamphile out.

Pamphile, who is supposedly healthy, was ruled inactive for the Titans on Sunday. We’ll see if Douglas can not destroy the Titans offense by being a sieve, although we have our doubts. Douglas posted a historically bad 12.4 pass-blocking grade in Week 3.
