Tennessee Titans safety Kenny Vaccaro is guaranteeing victory on Thursday night against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Even after a disappointing loss in Week 2 to the Indianapolis Colts, Tennessee Titans safety Kenny Vaccaro hasn’t lost his confidence.

In fact, it’s quite the opposite.

Vaccaro is guaranteeing a Week 3 road win against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday Night Football, per Justin Beasley of WSMV News 4.

"“Three hours, hang out with the fam, and then dive into this Jacksonville game. I’m not losing two games in a week, I promise you that.”"

In what was an ugly game for the Titans offense, the defense was mostly solid outside of a few major hiccups that led to Colts points.

One of those hiccups was a pass interference by cornerback Adoree’ Jackson on Colts receiver Deon Cain that led to 46 free yards, and a touchdown a few plays later.

Then, in the second quarter, the Titans defense allowed the Colts to convert two improbable third down plays that helped extend Indy’s drive, leading to its second touchdown.

On a third-and-7, the Titans had Colts quarterback Jacoby Brissett in serious trouble and nearly had him sacked, but Brissett was able to somehow escape and pick up the first down. The more egregious play on that drive was when the Colts were facing third-and-15 and T.Y. Hilton was allowed to come down with a 19-yard reception between three Titans defensive backs.

Regardless of those plays, Tennessee’s offense was much worse overall, as it gained just 242 total yards on Sunday. Marcus Mariota and Co. showed that they still have a ways to go in terms of becoming a complete, consistent offense.

There’s no time to sulk, though. The Titans have a game coming up on Thursday night against another division rival, and they can’t afford another performance like that of Week 2.

The Jaguars are vulnerable and have their own issues, so the Titans need to capitalize on that and take care of business against a team they have beaten in each of the pair’s last four meetings.
