The Tennessee Titans made some major blunders en route to a Week 2 loss to the Indianapolis Colts.

It seemed things were setup perfectly for the Tennessee Titans to finally get a win over the Indianapolis Colts in Week 2 — but thanks to poor play and some major blunders, the Titans weren’t able to get the job done.

Whether we blame it on the players themselves or the coaching staff, it was an all-around letdown on both sides of the ball. Yes, the defense played better than the offense did, however there were some key failures on that side of the ball as well.

If the Titans hope to rebound in Week 3 against the Jacksonville Jaguars and get back on track for the rest of the season, these mistakes need to be cleaned up.
