Loser: Taywan Taylor, WR

Man, this one is tough because I just want him to put all the tools together so badly. However, it is just one thing after another and tonight the issue was drops.

If you include that mistake where he didn’t get his foot down in bounds despite standing completely still when he caught it, I think you can attribute three drops to him. That just absolutely can’t happen.

It already looks like Corey Davis, Adam Humphries, Tajae Sharpe, and A.J. Brown are locks to be ahead of him on the depth chart. Darius Jennings can contribute on special teams and it looks like Raymond can do anything the Titans want him to.

If the Titans aren’t keeping 7 WRs, then there is only one option left for Taylor.

Unless he turns his game around quickly, I think the question becomes whether or not you can get anything back in a trade for Taylor or whether you have to outright cut him.

The talent is there, and I don’t know if it is a confidence thing or just a Tennessee thing but it just isn’t working out for anyone.
