Who is closer to a title: Tennessee Titans or Nashville Predators?
By Will Lomas
So would the Predators still be ahead?
I think the Predators would be ahead by the numbers, but that is only because of a huge discrepancy in points in the categories “Playoff experience” and “Are league dynasties a problem”.
The first one you can’t argue, though I would also say that the Tennessee Titans have nearly as much playoff experience as the Kansas City Chiefs and that doesn’t seem to be a problem.
As for dynasties, well that feels almost like a myth to me now. Sure the New England Patriots are great, but the Titans demolished them at home and the Pats shouldn’t have gotten past KC in the Conference Championship game anyway.

Which is more likely the Nashville Predators win a seven game series against the Penguins, Blues, Tampa Bay Lightning, or Las Vegas Golden Knights or the Tennessee Titans beat the New England Patriots, Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, or New Orleans Saints?
The Titans have actually done all of those things recently so you have to give the nod to Tennessee.
So I would change those three categories to a win for the Tennessee Titans and probably take out the experience question all together. I am not going to tell you what that would do to the final grade exactly because you should go and read the original article, but at the very least it would be very competitive.
For my money, give me the Tennessee Titans at 100-to-1 odds instead of the Nashville Predators at 16-to-1 odds.
