Taking a look at pending free agents for the Titans in 2019

More from Titan Sized

The Titans luckily do not have any big name free agents to resign this season, but GM Jon Robinson must begin to look to the future when considering new deals. Young players like Mariota, Derrick Henry, Corey Davis, Jack Conklin, Jayon Brown, and Adoree Jackson will need to be resigned to new deals over the next couple of seasons, which means that cap decisions made now will affect his ability to retain these homegrown talents.

Although Tennessee has plenty of cap space this offseason, that will certainly not be the case over the next few years. The Titans are on the verge of competing with more consistent play on the offense. A lot of this will hinge on new OC Art Smith, but moves in free agency and the draft could also play a role in finally helping Mariota reach his potential and helping Derrick Henry find more consistent success over a 16 game slate. With that in mind, let’s take look at which players Jon Robinson will make decisions on this offseason and try to predict their which way he will go with each player.
