The Tennessee Titans should be looking hard at the Jacksonville Jaguars offensive line.

With the inactives now public, the Tennessee Titans have a clear view of the Jaguars biggest weakness: the offensive line.

The Jaguars offensive line has looked pretty good through two weeks. Going against admittedly weak defensive lines in the New York Giants and New England Patriots, the Jaguars are tied with the Titans with only one sack allowed through two games.

However, since last week the Jaguars have lost starting left tackle Cam Robinson for the season and starting right guard A.J. Cann is also out for at least the day.

Last week, the Titans saw that the Houston Texans offensive line was reeling and attacked them hard with blitzes and aggressive DL play. Now, the Jaguars are potentially in a worse spot than the Texans.

With 40% of their offensive line missing from last week, there should a lot of miscommunication in pass protection, and that is before you include Corey Grant being the bellcow back even though he usually is only a role player.

Is it going to be difficult? Sure. The Jaguars don’t have Leonard Fournette which means the offense is going to be better and less predictable. Blake Bortles will probably play his usually style of backyard football and if the Titans are disciplined it will hurt them.

However, with the likes of Jurrell Casey, Harold Landry, Derrick Morgan, Brian Orakpo, and Jayon Brown all likely to get a chance to rush the passer often the Titans now have a clear weak point to target on this offense.

With unproven wide receivers (even if Keelan Cole does look good early this year) and new faces at running back and on the offensive line, a great defensive gameplan could turn this game into a fist fight.

Can the Titans be aggressive while maintaining discipline? Or will Tennessee have to keep linebackers at home out of fear of Bortles scrambling and breathing new life into this offense?

I’m not sure, but this is a great day for the defensive talent of the Titans to show up again and take over an AFC South game.
