Search firm could leave Tennessee Titans without Terry Robiskie

Need a head coach, look at Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator Terry Robiskie.

The Tennessee Titans fan base has had a lot of bones to pick with the coaching staff this year despite their impressive record.

While some (mainly me) have expressed a lot of doubt in some of what Dick LeBeau has been doing, most fans have had a problem with the offensive side of the .

Things like Marcus Mariota’s early season struggles, the running back confusion, some strange personnel decisions, getting to cute with play calls, etc. have all be placed on Terry Robiskie the Titans OC.

Well, one search firm is pushing Terry Robiskie as a guy that other teams should look at as a head coach.

I get some of the names based on how well the players they directly coach have preformed. However, Robiskie left me scratching my head. Sometimes is seems like the team succeeds in spite of him.

Now give him credit, the weak pitch against the Houston Texans was great as were some other play designs that worked well Sunday. Still, plays like the quick screens to Delanie Walker and only moving someone in jet motion to give them the speed sweep kinda bug me.

MCM had the same thoughts as me on this, but then this was tweeted in response:

That makes some more sense because you are cutting out candidates like Jim Schwartz and Josh McDaniels who have done great this year.

Still, it is strange to see Robiskie’s name on this list and if the Titans hit a stride on offense it may be something for fans to watch going forward.
