Round 2 of a 3 part mock draft with trades.

So now that we have a very interesting first round complete lets take a look at round two of this mock draft series. This draft is stacked full of talent, and there are certainly some first round graded players left on the board. Without further ado lets get started.

46. Indianapolis Colts: Marcus Williams, S, Utah

47. Philadelphia Eagles: Fabian Moreau, CB, UCLA

48. Minnesota Vikings: Ryan Anderson, EDGE, Alabama

49. Washington Redskins: Chris Godwin, WR, Penn State

50. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Adoree’ Jackson, CB, USC

51. Denver Broncos: Caleb Brantley, DL, Florida

52. Tennessee Titans: Sidney Jones, CB, Washington (via CLE)

As we all know, Jones was a lock to go in round one until he tore his Achilles at his Pro Day. Because of this, the Titans are able to land him in round two. On the field, Jones does a nice job tracking the football and working angles to knock receivers off their routes. Another plus to his game is his size and athleticism. From the information I’ve heard, he should be working his way back sometime around August, give or take a little.

53. Detroit Lions: Taylor Moton, OL, Western Michigan

54. Miami Dolphins: Josh Jones, S, NC State

55. New York Giants: Alvin Kamara, RB, Tennessee

56. Oakland Raiders: Adam Shaheen, TE, Ashland

57. Houston Texans: Anthony Walker, LB, Northwestern

58. Seattle Seahawks: Curtis Samuel, RB/WR, Ohio State

59. Kansas City Chiefs: Montravius Adams, DL, Auburn

60. Dallas Cowboys: Jordan Willis, EDGE, Kansas State

61. Green Bay Packers: Tim Williams, EDGE, Alabama

62. Pittsburgh Steelers: Brad Kaaya, QB, University of Miami

63. Atlanta Falcons: Ethan Pocic, C, LSU

64. Carolina Panthers (via NE): Joe Mixon, RB, Oklahoma

Round two is in the books. Not as many trades taking place in this one as there was in round one, which you can see here. With plenty of good players on the board and the trades starting to manifest, stay tuned for round three coming soon.
