Mini camp has come and gone, in the coming weeks training camp will begin. During training camp teams will be getting themselves prepared for the regular season and preseason games. During the preseason teams have to make the tough decisions to trim their rosters down from 90 to 53.

As teams start cutting players the Titans roster could look very different and probably will. I thought it would be fun to look at how the team might look if the cuts took place after Mini camp. While doing this article I realized that I feel pretty good about this roster. There is a lot of competition within right now and I had some tough decisions to make, as will Jon Robinson and Mike Mularkey. So let’s look at it.

Remember, it’s very unlikely the team looks exactly like this come the regular season. The Titans have first priority on the waiver wire and as teams make cuts, the Titans can make additions.

I really wanted to have 3 quarterbacks so we could retain Alex Tanney, but I used his roster spot to add depth elsewhere. I also wanted to keep B.W Webb, he’s made some nice plays in his career, but he’s never been able to stay consistent, so I aired on the side of rookies.
