Notes
-Michael Griffin is an average starter, and could probably earn a spot on several different teams in the league. However, for some reason he still never seems comfortable and unless there is someone back there with him who can handle the run, he never looks like the Pro Bowl caliber player he can be sometimes.
-Luckily for Griffin Da’Norris Searcy is also on that defense. Searcy is a powerful hitter that isn’t limited by anything. He will be a great addition to the running game and he should never be a target in pass defense.
-Marqueston Huff has some position versatility, but free safety will be his main position on the roster. Huff can do a lot of good things for the Tennessee Titans, but I am not sure how much he has grown from year to year. It would be really nice to see him take some snaps away from the fourth CB in dime defense this year and beat writers think that might be a good idea.
-Daimion Stafford is one of my favorite Tennessee Titans to watch. Not only is he a downhill runner that can knock your head off, he is good in space and can track and strike opponents. If he gets in a game this year, you can bet that it isn’t because the Tennessee Titans want him in pass coverage. No, it is because they want him to send a statement to the other team.
