Notes
-I think it is a shame that Lache Seastrunk was let go of. The second year player showed a lot of potential in college and he rounded out possibly the deepest position on the Tennessee Titans roster. I think in this downhill running scheme with upgraded blockers he could have shown enough to keep himself around.

-At 6’4″ 260 lb. Dezmond Johnson is an interesting project. He fits the physical mold of what Dick LeBeau has drafted in the past. Clark Haggans (6’3″ 253 lb.), Bruce Davis (6’3″ 252 lb.) and Alonzo Jackson (6’4″ 266 lb.) all have very similar frames to what Dezmond Johnson has.
While Alonzo Jackson and Bruce Davis didn’t pan out, Clark Haggans had a very successful career in a system filled with Dick LeBeau and Ray Horton’s schemes.
-Tevin Westbrook is an odd signing to me. He jumps in behind a very deep group and isn’t really a proven commodity at tight end. I don’t think he fits in on the offensive side of the ball at this point.
-My guess is that the goal with Tevin Westbrook (the former defensive end) will be used on special teams for one of two reasons. The first reason is that they are trying to take snaps away from Taylor Thompson so that he can play a more important role in the offense. The other reason is that the coaching staff is preparing to move on without Taylor Thompson after his contract is up.
-I would like to see the Tennessee Titans add more bodies at right tackle rather than focusing on the bottom end of the depth chart, however adding two potential special teams players with some upside (in Dezmond Johnson) isn’t a bad move at all.
