The season hasn't exactly gone as planned for the Tennessee Titans so far. Through two weeks, Robert Saleh's squad is winless despite competing with the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 2.
But the win-loss record was never going to be the most important thing for the Titans this season. Developing the young core of the roster will set the table for the future. With that in mind, it's time to take a look at how Tennessee's rookie class is performing after two games.
We're only handing grades out to rookies who have played significant snaps through two weeks, so Pat Coogan and Jackie Marshall have been left off this list.
Grading every Tennessee Titans rookie after Week 2
WR Carnell Tate
Grade: C
Tate had an up-and-down performance in Week 2 after his forgettable debut against the Jets. He hauled in three catches, all of them contested, for 27 yards against the Eagles, but his third-down drop early in the game highlighted his lack of consistency so far.
Fair or not, top-five draft picks are always going to be held to a higher standard. Tate has been decent through two weeks, but he hasn't come close to validating the draft capital the Titans used on him.
EDGE Keldric Faulk
Grade: C-
Tennessee's other first-round selection hasn't lived up to expectations, either. He has played just 39 snaps on defense and hasn't recorded a solo tackle yet. Faulk's positional versatility hasn't come into play so far, as only two of his snaps have come from inside the tackles.
Faulk was unrefined as a prospect, so it was always going to take time for him to adjust to the NFL game. So far, it looks like it could be a while before he's ready to make a significant impact in Saleh's defense.
LB Anthony Hill Jr.
The Titans' third selection of the 2026 NFL Draft has been their best so far. Hill Jr. has carried his promising preseason into regular-season action, producing 26 total tackles and a pair of pass deflections in his first two games.
Rookie off-ball linebackers typically take time to come into their own, but Hill Jr. has been a solid starter from his first snap.
Grade: A-
G Fernando Carmona
Grade: B+
Carmona stole the starting right guard spot in the preseason, and he's done nothing to make fans question his place on the offensive line. According to PFF, he has only allowed four pressures in 65 pass-blocking snaps. He may not be a people-mover in the run game, but he's adequate in all areas.
Through two games, the Titans couldn't ask for much better returns from a fifth-round rookie.
RB Nicholas Singleton
Grade: B-
Singleton saw the field for the first time in Week 2, and he showed some promising signs. While he only picked up ten yards on his four carries, the rookie running back took advantage of the space that was blocked for him. He didn't get the chance to show off his speed in the open field.
As the season progresses, expect the Titans to work Singleton into the running back mix more often.
