The Tennessee Titans made the unofficial, official when they took Cam Ward with the top pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
While Titans fans celebrated the man they hope will become the best quarterback in franchise history, there were 31 other picks made, and now the Titans are just a few quick picks away from being back on the clock again.
Now that the first round is over, everyone is wondering what the Titans should do with the 35th pick in the second round. Well, as much as most fans would love for them to stick to the most obvious needs at wide receiver and EDGE, they made it clear that they were focused on getting the best available player throughout this draft.
It won't be purely a pick based on chalk, but it will almost certainly be one of the top players left on their board. So, let's take a look at the 10 best players remaining according to Arif Hasan's composite big board.
Will Johnson CB, Michigan
Massive medical concerns led to Will Johnson going undrafted in the first round. Johnson missed most of the 2024 season with a shoulder injury, and apparently had his knee red flagged during pre-draft medical checks. Combining that with below average speed really hurt him despite some very good tape, especially in 2023.
Mike Green EDGE, Marshall
Mike Green is an explosive EDGE whose alleged off-field questions pushed him to the second day of the draft. A team like the Titans would be very smart to run to the podium and grab him if they are comfortable with his character. Green would solve a massive hole at the premier pass-rushing position.
Luther Burden III WR, Missouri
Luther Burden III has been a popular mock-draft selection for the Titans. Like Green, apparent character concerns pushed him down the board. Burden is an electric slot receiver who is as good with the ball in his hand as any receiver in the class. He was a preseason top-10 player, but bad QB play, some potential off-field questions, and nitpicky route-running pushed him out of the first round.
Nick Emmanwori S, South Carolina
South Carolina safety Nick Emmanwori is an athletic freak who dominated the NFL Combine. Emmanwori looks like a dynamic stud at safety, but he is just rough enough around the edges on tape to muddy the waters of his evaluation. The Titans have a partial need at safety behind Amani Hooker.
Donovan Ezeiruaku EDGE, Boston College
Donovan Ezeiruaku posted elite testing results at the NFL Combine after recording 16.5 sacks at Boston College this past season. Ezeiruaku is slightly undersized and limited as a run defender, leading to questions about his three-down value.
Shavon Revel Jr. CB, East Carolina
Shavon Revel Jr. was a consensus first-round pick before suffering a season-ending knee injury in 2024. He's a small-school talent with upside. On tape, Revel Jr. impresses via great size and speed, but questions about competition and his injury hurt his stock.
Nic Scourton EDGE, Texas A&M
Nic Scourton was explosive at Purdue, but he took a step back after transferring to Texas A&M. Failing to provide pre-draft testing results also hurt his evaluation, because there were questions about his overall athleticism, but he projects as a three-down defender.
Trey Amos CB, Ole Miss
Trey Amos is a bigger boundary corner who uses his physicality well. He jumped from Louisiana to Alabama before settling at Ole Miss for a big season in 2024. The Titans have question marks at cornerback.
TreVeon Henderson RB, Ohio State
TreVeyon Henderson is a do-it-all type of running back who would be a good addition to any RB room in the league. Henderson is extremely versatile. The Titans have been sniffing around the position despite having Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears.
