It's impossible to ignore the noise surrounding the Tennessee Titans and Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love. It was around the NFL Combine that Love started being commonly mocked to the Titans at No. 4 overall in the 2026 NFL Draft. It appears the snowball effect isn't slowing down anytime soon.

With the first wave of NFL free agency officially in the books, well-known NFL Draft analysts have been dropping their latest mock drafts. Zach Lyons of 104.5 The Zone noticed one particular theme. Dane Brugler of The Athletic, Mel Kiper of ESPN, Todd McShay of The Ringer, and Daniel Jeremiah of the NFL Network all have the Titans selecting Love in their latest mock drafts.

All four of those seasoned analysts are extremely connected. It's plausible to believe that they've heard the Titans are legitimately interested in Love. Whether it's groupthink, a smokescreen, or legitimate, the Love-to-Tennessee train is gaining significant steam at a crucial time in the NFL Draft calendar.

Jeremiyah Love to Titans gains serious steam in latest NFL mock draft carousel

"Tennessee addressed a lot of its defensive needs in free agency, which frees the team up to take my No. 2 player in the draft to help Cam Ward," Jeremiyah wrote about mocking Love to the Titans at fourth overall.

It's true that the Titans addressed significant defensive needs during free agency. They signed three cornerbacks, including two instant starters in Alontae Taylor and Cor'Dale Flott. Adding defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers to play with Jeffery Simmons should help transform Robert Saleh's front-seven unit.

The Titans could certainly acquire another pass rusher (David Bailey), linebacker (Sonny Styles), or safety (Caleb Downs) at No. 4 overall. But general manager Mike Borgonzi spent a league-high $294 million in free agency thus far to raise the floor of this roster. Tennessee's offseason dealings have made it conceivable to believe they might spend a premium draft pick on a running back.

Notable NFL Draft analysts seem to believe the Titans will draft Love at No. 4 overall.
