Would you be interested in reading about how the Titans got their quarterback situation entirely wrong? And how they're probably still four or five years away from contention because of it? Would you enjoy reading about how all the energy you planned to invest into this season will ultimately be a waste of time? I'm sorry if none of that sounds fun to you, but Bleacher Report's not going to stop telling the hard truths.
Their latest is about QBs who are maybe, potentially in danger of getting benched this season. A topical piece of conversation, for sure. Poor Will Levis made the list, though, so it's probably time to dive into those 2025 NFL Draft breakdowns. Sad!
Bleacher Report thinks Will Levis is the 7th most likely QB to lose his job
At least he didn't crack the top 5. But here's some of why BR thinks that Levis' seat in Tennessee is already heating up after one (1) season:
"With Levis expected to be the surefire starter for the long haul, general manager Ran Carthon aggressively sought to improve the offense around his young QB this offseason ... The new surrounding talent will make life easier on Levis, but it'll be on the second-year QB to utilize his weapons correctly."
If I know one thing about QB controversies, it's that they usually come along with phrases like "surefire starter for the long haul" and "will make life easier." It will be on him to utilize his weapons correctly! That's true! Prescient as always, Bleacher Report.
If it makes you feel any better, the QBs above him on this list give a wonderful peek into what life could be like without Levis. Gardner Minshew! Daniel Jones! Sam Darnold! All three of those guys could be the Titans' problem and yet, they're not. Because, to quote the article about how Will Levis may lose his job, Will Levis "is expected to be the surefire starter for the long haul."
