Week 8: Terrell Williams, Detroit Lions DL coach

Mike Vrabel promoted his staunchest assistant, Terrell Williams, to assistant head coach last season, adding that title to his defensive line position coach duties. Williams is an outstanding coach, but it's no surprise Brian Callahan moved on considering his loyalty to Vrabel. He's now the Detroit Lions' defensive line coach and run game coordinator. The Lions are Tennessee's Week 8 opponent.

Week 9: Tom Quinn, New England Patriots assistant special teams

Tom Quinn became Vrabel's interim special teams coach in 2023 following the midseason firing of Craig Aukerman. Callahan had trouble filling this position, ultimately appointing the inexperienced Colt Anderson, a coach he knew from Cincinnati. The Titans play the New England Patriots in Week 9, who now employ Quinn as their assistant special teams coach.
