Almost Too Easy

17. Washington Commanders (Away)

Even with Jayden Daniels running the show, Washington figures to be pretty bad next year. You can almost see the vision that new GM Adam Peters has in store for the Commanders, but it's going to take some time. If the Titans want to be taken seriously, these are the games – even on the road – that they need to take care of.

16. New England Patriots (Home)

More or less the same deal as Washington. The QB's (supposedly) in place, but not a whole lot else is. The Pats will be an interesting watch this season – their defense should be one of the NFL's better groups, but Drake Maye's certainly a multi-year project and it's hard to see who's going to put up big numbers in that offense. Plus, it's a home game for the Titans. Gotta have it.

15. Minnesota Vikings (Home)

The Titans somehow play each of the top 4 QBs taken in this year's draft. Minnesota's got playmakers, but it comes down to, of course, JJ McCarthy. And if it's Sam Darnold instead, all the better. Another home game against a rebuilding team with a first year QB – they don't get much easier than that.

14. Indianapolis Colts (Home)

The AFC South suddenly got kinda daunting? The Colts seem, right now at least, like the only "rest" game in the division. And if Anthony Richardson comes back with a vengence, that may setence end up aging pretty poorly. But right now, a home game against the Colts seems as easy as the AFC gets.
