The Titans have DeAndre Hopkins and Calvin Ridley as their top two weapons for Levis, but don't forget about Treylon Burks. If the former first-round pick can break loose in his third year, opposing defenses are in trouble.

But, the Titans aren't taking any chances and opt to go with the best player available in the third round, selecting Arizona wide receiver Jacob Cowing here. Cowing is a little undersized at 5-foot-8, 168 pounds, but the guy can absolutely fly. He ran a 4.38 at the Combine and comes in with a ton of speed to offer.

It isn't just pure speed Cowing offers, though. It's the ability to get open, which is a young quarterback's best friend. Being able to break off from a route and find an opening is what Cowing does on a regular basis. In fact, he's one of the best in his class at doing just that.

Cowing brings a ton of experience to the NFL, too, having accumulated 316 receptions for 4,477 yards and 33 touchdowns over his college career.
