Trade Number 2: Tennessee finds a viable WR2 next to DeAndre Hopkins
Whether or not the Titans decide to try and compete in 2023, they should look at finding some long-term solutions. Signing DeAndre Hopkins was not a long-term move, therefore they'd be looking at Treylon Burks hopefully developing into their WR1 following the veteran's departure.
Regardless, it would be the time to take a shot on someone like Jerry Jeudy. The Denver Broncos will more than likely have a fire sale prior to the deadline, to recoup a lot of the capital they've used to get Russell Wilson and Sean Payton. One of the guys who is likely to be dealt is Jeudy.
The former first-round talent has been inconsistent during his time with the Broncos, but some of that can be attributed to quarterback play, offensive line play and play-calling. But still, Jeudy does deserve some of the blame. Maybe, just maybe, a fresh start would help his cause.
In Tennessee, he'd give the Titans hope to try and make something of this year as he'd line up opposite Hopkins. Having a duo of Hopkins and Jeudy could make it a whole lot easier for Tannehill (or whomever is under center) and thus give them a chance to compete game-in and game-out.
