2. DeAndre Hopkins, WR

Last season, DeAndre Hopkins proved he can still play, and play at a high level. The former All Pro caught 75 passes for 1,057 yards and seven touchdowns. Set to turn 32 years old this summer, Hopkins looks like he isn't ready to slow down anytime soon. But, will he continue his stint with the Titans?

Hopkins contract allows the Titans to trade him prior to June 1 and save over $8 million in the process. If Vrabel goes to a team that might end up being a piece or two away, this is a move worth making. And, it very well could take until after the draft for the Titans to make that decision. After all, they have until June 1 to make that call.

Should Vrabel go somewhere solely as a defensive coordinator, this type of connection becomes a little less likely. But, if another defensive coordinator gets hired as a head coach or even fired from a good team, and Vrabel takes over somewhere like Los Angeles (Rams) or Dallas, don't count this move out.
