4. Zac Robinson, Quarterbacks Coach, Los Angeles Rams

Finally, let's talk about a team that nobody wants to play come the postseason, and that's the Los Angeles Rams. Sean McVay and company have that offense playing extremely well, and he has proven to everyone that he is still one of the brightest offensive minds in football today.

His quarterbacks coach, Zac Robinson, could be one of the next men in line for a coordinator job in the near future. Robinson is a former quarterback, like many of the better candidates, and would be a great resource for Levis to learn from.

The Rams' passing attack ranks eighth in the league through 17 weeks and Matthew Stafford has played with shades of his old self. Puka Nacua has been a revelation for the team and, quite frankly, the NFL. Cooper Kupp is still an elite option. And, Kyren Williams has become one of the best all-around running backs in football.

Also like some of the better candidates and offensive minds out there, McVay's system does a great job getting the ball to his playmakers and scheming them open. His plays are full of unique routes and motions that are able to put his best players in position to succeed. That's the kind of system the Titans are starving for.
