3. Tim Kelly, Offensive Coordinator

As we have already established, the Titans' offense has been poor to this point. Whether it is due to bad offensive line play, scheme or the quarterback position not being what it should be, Tennessee needs to make some major changes.

In addition to letting go of Charles London, the Titans also need to part with offensive coordinator Tim Kelly. If you look at Kelly's recent history, too, it doesn't make sense that he's in this position to begin with. Kelly was never the right hire in the first place.

In 2022, Kelly was the Titans' passing game coordinator and Tennessee finished third-worst in the league in passing. In 2021, Kelly was the Houston Texans' offensive coordinator, and that season the Texans finished dead last in offensive yards per game. It's almost as if his gig as the Texans' offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach early on in Deshaun Watson's career was what gave him these opportunities.

But, the Titans need to look at a brighter offensive mind if they are going to develop Levis into a franchise quarterback. There are plenty of viable candidates around the league, and Kelly isn't one of them. They have got to move on.
