2. Jack Conklin (8th overall in 2016)

The Titans spent the eighth overall pick on Jack Conklin and got four solid years out of him before he signed with the Browns as a free agent. During his four-year stint with the Titans, Conklin was named All-Pro once, which came during his rookie year. His injuries didn't become a major concern until after he left Tennessee, as he missed seven total games during his Titans tenure.

The reason Conklin is second on this list rather than first is that he left the Titans after just four years. There's no debating that he was a great offensive tackle for Tennessee during his time with the team, however.

1. Jeffery Simmons (19th overall in 2019)

The best first-round pick for the Titans over their last 10 attempts is Jeffery Simmons, who they spent the 19th overall pick on in 2019. His first two years weren't as impressive but he really came into his own by year 3 where he finished with a career-high 8.5 sacks. He had 7.5 sacks in 2022 and 5.5 sacks in 2023 and has been voted to two Pro Bowls during his career.

A big reason why Simmons deserves the top spot here isn't just because of his stats but because he's still on the team through five seasons and doesn't appear to be going anywhere anytime soon.
