4. Peter Skoronski (11th overall in 2023)

The Titans knew they needed to improve their offensive line so it wasn't much of a decision to take Peter Skoronski with their first-round pick in 2023. Skoronski took his lumps during his rookie year but all things considered, it feels as though things could have been much worse.

Skoronski started 14 games and played 863 snaps at left guard. PFF gave him an overall grade of 61.6 while allowing five sacks and getting one penalty flag thrown in his direction. For a rookie offensive lineman joining a unit that was ranked near the bottom by the end of the 2023 season, it wasn't a bad season by any means. Hopefully, Skoronski only improves from here.

3. Adoree' Jackson (18th overall in 2017)

While Adoree' Jackson's Titans career didn't end on the best note, he was a solid contributor for the team during his four years in Tennessee. He made an immediate impact for the Titans as a rookie, earning a 73.0 PFF grade in 2018. He improved in 2019 but had a down year in 2020 before bouncing back again in 2021.

The Titans made a surprising decision to release Jackson to save cap space, which put a damper on his Titans career but when it comes to last 10 first-round picks for Tennessee, he's one of the best.
