5. DaQuan Jones

In the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft, the Titans snagged DaQuan Jones out of Penn State and he's still in the league 10 seasons later. Jones spent seven years in Nashville and was a solid run defender during his time in Tennessee. He left the Titans in the 2021 offseason and spent one year with the Panthers and now has spent two years in Buffalo as a member of the Bills.

The fact that Jones was a fourth-round pick and is still hanging around the league and playing at a high level makes him an easy candidate to include on this draft gem list.

4. Kevin Byard

The Titans stayed local when they spent a third-round pick on Middle Tennessee State's Kevin Byard in 2016 and what followed was a stellar career. By his second year in the league, Byard was an All-Pro cornerback after locking down eight interceptions and defending 16 passes. While he wasn't an All-Pro again until the 2021 season, Byard absolutely outperformed the expectations placed on him when the Titans spent a third-round pick on him in 2016.

Byard was traded to the Eagles in 2023 and signed with the Bears in the 2024 offseason but there's no debating that he belongs on the draft gem list.
